Musics2 creates custom, professionally produced songs based on the information you share through our questionnaire. Delivery is typically within 5–7 days after payment is confirmed.
All prices are in USD. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. Your order is only queued for production after payment has been successfully received.
You receive full personal-use rights to the finished song. Commercial use, resale, or redistribution requires a separate license and prior written consent from Musics2.
Every order includes one free revision. Refund requests are handled under our 45-day satisfaction guarantee. Contact support@musics2.com to start a request.
You represent that the stories, memories, and personal details you provide are yours to share and do not infringe on the rights of others.
Musics2 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Musics2 after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
